~ salad + mayo -1/3 ***share ngan mak n daddy***
~ orange juice - 1 cawan

Malam
~ skip

Exercise
~ line dance + aerobic - 1 1/2 hour

Air Kosong
~ 2 liter

ME, hubby & my mom pergi ambil mesin jahit yg repair... pastu terus pergi IOI mall coz hubby lom makan lagik... tu yang ME sempat membelasah ayam tuh.. adeehhhh.. kelaut diet den.. hhahaa.. pastu pergi carikan selipar mak... dapat lah sepasang... n mak pulak teringin nak beli handbag baru.. huhuu... cantekk gak lah beg nyer... ** nanti boleh lah ME pinjam**** wakakakaaa.
